A course to train beginners to become yoga instructors. Students attend lectures once a month for one year. Upon graduation and passing an examination, they are certified by VYASA (Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation) as yoga instructors.
A 2-year yoga therapy course for yoga instructors who have completed the YIC course. Those who complete the YTIC curriculum and examination can apply to the Japan Yoga Therapy Society to be certified as yoga therapists.
We hold seminars and trainings around Japan to continue improving the skills of our certified yoga therapists. Continued education is required to maintain the yoga therapist certification.
